Will I definitely receive a prescription?
No. Your appointment is for a clinical consultation and assessment. A prescription is issued only when clinically appropriate.
How long is the appointment?
Appointments are 30 minutes and the consultation fee is £30.
What should I have available?
Please have details of your current medication, allergies, relevant medical history and any information needed for a safe assessment.
What if prescribing is not appropriate?
The clinical decision will be explained and, where appropriate, you may be advised to contact another healthcare professional or service.

Cancellation & refunds
If you need to cancel or rearrange, use the cancellation/rescheduling link in your Calendly confirmation. Any refund due will be returned to the original payment method. Once Stripe payments are live, the detailed cancellation window can be updated here.

Only information necessary to arrange and provide your consultation should be submitted online. Booking information is processed through Calendly and, once activated, payments through Stripe. Clinical information is handled confidentially and in accordance with applicable professional and data-protection requirements.
